Stock market today: The Indian stock market benchmarks- the Nifty 50 and the Sensex – hit their fresh all-time highs in intraday trade but failed to hold gains and ended with mild losses amid weak global cues on Tuesday, July 2.
Nifty 50 lost 18 points, or 0.07 per cent, to settle at 24,123.85, while Sensex slipped 35 points, or 0.04 per cent, to close at 79,441.45.
